HOW CAN I PURCHASE A VIP PACKAGE?
VIP packages are only available for online purchase here on vip.yunamusic.com.
You must additionally purchase a concert ticket to the show for entry into the venue.
 
ARE REFUNDS AVAILABLE FOR VIP PACKAGES?
No. All sales are final.
 
WHAT TIME DOES THE MEET & GREET BEGIN?
All VIP guests must arrive approximately 1-2 hours prior to doors. If you miss the meet and greet you will not be issued a refund. 
 
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE DETAILS ABOUT VIP ACTIVITIES?
Details will be emailed the day before to show date. This notice will be sent to the email address used for purchase of the VIP package.   
 
HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE MERCHANDISE ITEMS INCLUDED IN MY VIP PACKAGE?
VIP package merchandise will ONLY be distributed to you at the meet & greet. They cannot be shipped to you before or after the show. If you miss the meet & greet you will not receive the merchandise items.
 
DOES A VIP PACKAGE ASSURE ENTRY TO THE SHOW?
 No. All VIP package holders must also have a general admission ticket to the show.
  
WHAT ACCESS DOES THE VIP PACKAGE GET?
The VIP Package only grants access to the meet & greet before the show. It DOES NOT grant access to any venue specific VIP seating, viewing or backstage areas.
 
CAN I RE-SELL MY PACKAGES?
No. VIP packages cannot be transferred or re-sold. 
 
ARE THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS FOR VIP PACKAGES?
No, however please check with your local venues as they may have their own age restrictions. All parents wishing to escort their children to the VIP Meet and Greet Event MUST purchase a VIP Package as well.
